A recent study from the University of Washington School of Public Health confirms that the more you prepare food at home, the healthier you’ll eat.
The results showed that those who ate at home three times a week scored an average of 67—out of 100—on the Healthy Eating Index scale, while those who cooked at home six times a week scored an average of 74 on the scale. Moral of the story: Skip the drive-thru.
