- Plank row with dumbbell
- Leg lift with dumbbell above chest
- Side lunge (left side) with dumbbell
- Side lunge (right side) with dumbbell
- Pushup
- Single-leg deadlift (left side) with kettlebell
- Single-leg deadlift (right side) with kettlebell
- Kettlebell swing
- Burpee
